Bina Rencana Agung (BRAD), which was established in mid 1980s started its business as high end housing and mid rise building contractor. In mid 1990s, due to massive growing demand of housing, BRAD diversified its business into property development company. Over the past two decades the company has successfully designed, developed, and built more than 5.000 houses mainly in Greater Jakarta Area.
