Company Overview

Bina Rencana Agung Development (BRAD) was established in the 1980 and began its journey as a contractor specializing in high-end housing and mid-rise buildings. In the mid-1990s, driven by the rapidly growing demand for housing, BRAD expanded its business into property development.

 

Over the past decades, the company has successfully designed, developed, and constructed more than 5,000 houses, primarily in the Greater Jakarta and Tangerang area.
